At MoodTrip we place the greatest value on diversity of experiences. The quality of a rating strongly depends on the role from which you evaluate the city. A local notices aspects of infrastructure and quality of life that a tourist might miss. Conversely, a short-term visitor may assess prices or tourist friendliness differently.
